Paris Job responsibilities:
1.
Finance:
accounting management, handling tax registration matters, managing invoices, accounts and other financial information and submitting it to the tax agency on a monthly basis.
2.
Admin:
Daily reception and office administration.
3.
HR:
employee attendance management; recruiting.
4.
(In the early stage of business) pre-sales and after-sales consultation from distributors or users, record accounts and start orders, accurately and timely convey customer needs to the technical and after-sales departments and follow up.
Successful Applicant:
1.
An university diploma education completed.
2.
2-3 years' experience in HR, Admin, finance or relative areas.
3.
Have a sense of responsibility, professionalism, good team work spirit and communication skills.
4.
Comfortable for working in a diversified environment.
